When you contact Brightstar about infrastructure capacity, we may collect your name, company, business contact information, project requirements, preferred geography, deployment timing, technical requirements and other information you choose to provide.

We use this information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, qualify infrastructure requirements, coordinate appropriate follow-up, protect our commercial process, improve our services and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and disclosure

We may use service providers for website hosting, customer relationship management, communications, analytics and security. They may process information only to support those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.

Communications

If you expressly consent to text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe method provided in the message. Transactional replies concerning an active inquiry may still be sent where permitted.
